Congratulations!! Ms. Disha Shah a hardworking second-year M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) student at SVKM’s NMIMS SPTM Shirpur, for winning the prestigious Best Research Project award for the Academic Year 2022-23 at the convocation ceremony held at SVKM's NMIMS Deemed-to-be University in Mumbai. This is a commendation that acknowledges her outstanding work, for her project entitled "D-ALPHA TOCOPHEROL (TPGS) SURFACE SCAFFOLD POLYSARCOSINE BASED POLYMERIC NANOPARTICLES OF ENZALUTAMIDE FOR THE TREATMENT OF COLORECTAL CANCER: IN VITRO, IN VIVO CHARACTERIZATION", under the able guidance of Dr. Sankha Bhattacharya, Associate Professor, Dept. Of Pharmaceutics, SPTM Shirpur. We wish her all the best for her bright future.

















Ms. Disha A. Shah, a second-year Masters student at the SPTM, Shirpur Campus, was declared as the Winner in Oral Presentation on the topic "D-alpha Tocopherol (TPGS) surface scaffold Polysarcosine-based polymeric nanoparticles of Enzalutamide drug for the treatment of colorectal cancer" at the 72nd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress held in Nagpur, Maharashtra on January 20-22, 2023. Ms. Shah is currently pursuing her postgraduate research under Dr. Sankha Bhattacharya, Associate Professor (Pharmaceutics) at SPTM, Shirpur. The 72nd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress was attended by Faculty and students from SPTM and students presented various scientific presentations under the guidance of faculties from SPTM.





















Ms. Sunita Sharma, B.Pharm. 3rd year student of School of Pharmacy & Technology Management, Shirpur Campus has received the prestigious Tata Trust Medical and Healthcare Scholarship 2020.
Tata Trusts Medical and Healthcare Scholarships is a social welfare initiative of Tata Trusts. The scholarship program supports students who wish to pursue graduation and post-graduation courses in medical and healthcare sciences at Indian institutions. Under this program, meritorious students are provided with financial support covering up to 80% of their academic fees.
Sunita has received Rs.98,100/- (Rupees Ninety-Eight Thousand One Hundred Only) for year 2019-20.
"I am grateful to Tata Trusts Healthcare and Medical Scholarships for providing me with such an incentive and motivating me to aim for even greater grades and achievements then I had before. I am also thankful to SVKM’s NMIMS Deemed-to-be University for providing me with this platform where I get multiple different and new opportunities every time. I would also like to thank our Associate Dean, Pharma Sciences Dr. Ashwini Deshpande for guiding me through the process and be very supportive and helpful during the entire process of acquiring the Scholarship”, Ms. Sunita said.

Ms. Pooja Kulkarni, Second YearM.Pharm. (Pharmaceutics) student received 2nd Prize in Maharastra State at state level round of IPA National Elocution Competition 2019 organized by Indian Pharmaceutical Association at SPP SPTM, SVKM'S NMIMS, Mumbai. Her elocution was on "Pharmacist: Your Medication counsellor". She received the Certificate and Cash Prize from IPA. 


Ms. Diya Desai, F.Y. B. Pharm. student  received 2nd price at the E poster submitted to "NPW Comic poster making national level competition” This program was organized by Indian Pharmaceutical Association, community Pharmacy Division. (IPA-CPD) in collaboration with IPS-SF. In this competition, around 1000 posters were received and the poster presented by Ms Diya was well appreciated. She will receive the certificate and cash prize from IPA central.
