24–25 March 2026 VISTAAR- 2026: The Pharma Tech Fest’
SVKM’s NMIMS School of Pharmacy & Technology Management, Shirpur, successfully organised “VISTAAR 2026: The Pharma Tech Fest” on March 24 and 25, 2026. The event served as an academic platform to promote innovation, scientific thinking, and managerial skills among students, aligning with the institute’s vision of research-driven and competency-based education. The fest witnessed enthusiastic participation across a wide range of technical, creative, and knowledge-based events.
The inaugural ceremony commenced with a ribbon-cutting session in the presence of distinguished dignitaries, including Dr. Sunita R. Patil, Dr. Shyam Sunder Pancholi, and Dr. Venkatadri Marriboyina, along with faculty coordinators Dr. Saurabh Maru and Dr. Smita Jain, marking the beginning of the two-day academic engagement.
Day 1 featured flagship events such as MEDNOVATION, where student teams presented innovative pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, and nutraceutical products, demonstrating strong interdisciplinary integration. MediDrama provided a creative platform for healthcare awareness through performance-based presentations, while the NMIMS Shark Tank event showcased entrepreneurial ideas evaluated on feasibility, originality, and presentation. The day concluded with the Rx Treasure Trail, an engaging activity that tested analytical thinking, teamwork, and subject knowledge.
Day 2 began with Wellness Wars, a dynamic competition focusing on speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. The Moot Court event stood out as a major academic highlight, where students demonstrated legal reasoning and regulatory understanding through simulated pharmaceutical case proceedings.
The fest concluded with a valedictory ceremony addressed by Dr. Shyam Sunder Pancholi, who appreciated the dedication and collaborative efforts of students and organisers. Overall, VISTAAR 2026 successfully integrated theoretical knowledge with practical application, providing a platform for students to enhance innovation, leadership, and professional skills while reinforcing NMIMS Shirpur’s commitment to experiential learning.
